Each event is shaped by the seafood available at the time, with a focus on freshness, balance and the quiet precision of Japanese sushi-making. From the seasoning of the rice to the preparation of each cut, every detail is considered to create an exceptional sushi experience.
With limited sittings each month, Ibuki Sushi offers a rare opportunity to enjoy thoughtfully prepared sushi in a personal and intimate setting.
